Dada mobile's services can be viewed in five different languages: English, Italian, German, Chinese and French. If you choose to sign up for their service, you will automatically be put on a mailing list for their newsletter.

Dada mobile supports the majority of phone models-you can check your phone for free to see if it's compatible.

The service does not filter the search results according to your phone, so you can pick out a ringtone and find out that it's not compatible at the very last step in the purchasing process. This can be frustrating for the consumer.

Dada mobile has a smaller selection of ringtones and ringtone categories than their competitors. Many of the tones are older with few newer or current songs.

The quality of these ringtones is less than we have come to expect, with choppy sound and bad files.

Dada mobile's monthly service fee is $9.99 for 40 downloads if you are an AT&T or Cingular customer. Only 10 of these downloads can be premium downloads, in other words real music ringtones. T-mobile customers only get eight downloads total.

Dada mobile provides an email contact address. Customer support will respond within one or two business days.
